April 5, 2005 Ok, new Vortec available. Several bugfixes including the "List index out of bound" error when editing favorite channels. I also fixed a problem in the Notify List and fixed a memory leak in the text output console. Enjoy!

March 14, 2005 I know it's been a few months since I've updated Vortec. The good news is that there will be a new release soon. The bad news is that it's going to be a minor update, no major additions or changes. I haven't had the time to work on it so the new version will just have several bug fixes and performance enhancements. I am planning on adding new features, so don't think I've given up :)

November 20, 2005 I have uploaded a minor upgrade, version 0.8.30. I am rewriting the socket handler component and it may take some time before it is full functional, so I wanted to release what I have finished before I do the rewrite. I added a timer to poll the socket connection status so that if the thread is broken you will get a "disconnected" message instead of Vortec just sitting there unresponsive. September 17, 2005 Vortec 0.8.28 now available. I fixed the Access Violations that appeared randomly, as well as the ones you get when you close the server window or exit Vortec. I updated the help file and added a few more features and bug fixes.
