System Tray Options

Vortec IRC gives you the option to place an icon in the system tray, beside the clock.

Show Vortec in the system tray

Checking this box places Vortec's icon in the tray.

Minimize to tray

Checking this box will hide Vortec's window when you minimize it so that no button will be show on the Windows taskbar. You may control Vortec from the system tray by right-clicking on its icon. For example, to show Vortec's window after it has been minimized to the tray, just right-click on the tray icon and select "Show".

Blink on activity

This option will cause Vortec's tray icon to blink when Vortec's window is not in focus or it is minimized. The icon will blink repeatedly until the window is focused.
