ON SERVERDEOP

Format:                

               [@][=]ON SERVERDEOP:<#channel>[;#channel][etc...]:<alias>

Example:        

               ON SERVERDEOP:#vortec:/mode # +o $victim

Available Info:

               $address - name of the server performing the deop

               # - the channel name

This event occurs when channel operator status is taken from a person by a server (or services)
