Format:

[@][=]ON OP:<comparemode>:<#channel>[;#channel][etc...]:<alias>

Example:

ON OP:*:#vortec:/notice $nick Come back soon!

Available info:

$nick - nick name of the user that performed the op

$address - address of the user that performed the op

# - the channel name

$opnick - the person that was opped

This event occurs when another user gives op status (mode +o) to a person.

The comparemode parameter is ignored at this time
