ON FSERVTEXT

Format:                [=]ON FSERVTEXT:<text>:<alias> [:+]

Available info:

               $nick - nickname of the user connected to your file server

               $address - name of the server performing the mode change

               *1..*9 - token data

This event occurs when a user who is connected to your file server issues a command or any other text
