ON FSERVGET

Format:                [=]ON FSERVGET:<alias> [:+]

Available info:

               $nick - name of the user connected to your file server

               $address - name of the server performing the mode change

               *1..*9 token data for filename(s)

This event occurs when a user who is connected to your file server requests a file to download.
