ON DEOPED

Format:                

               ON DEOPED: <#channel>[;#channel][etc...]:<alias>

Example:        

               ON DEOPED: #vortec:/notice $nick That wasn't nice

Available info:

               $nick - nick name of the user that did the deop

               $address - address of the user that did the deop

               # - the name of the channel the event occurred on

The ON DEOPED event occurs when a user set mode -o, (deops) you. The #channel parameters(s) indicate for which channel(s) this particular event handler will be active.
