ON ANY

Format:                

               [=]ON ANY:<alias>

Example:        

               ON ANY:

Available info:

               $nick - nick name of the user that sent the action message

               $address - address of the user that sent the action message

ON ANY is triggered by any IRC Event caused by a user. It can be especially useful for preventing a user in a higher access level from triggering events in a lower level.
