ON ACTION

Format:                

               [@][=]ON ACTION:<text>:<*>|<?>|<#channel>[;#channel][etc...]:<alias>

Example:        

               ON ACTION:*kiss*:#chan:/notice $nick Hey... no kissing in this channel

Available info:

               $nick - nick name of the user that sent the action message

               $address - address of the user that sent the action message

               # - the name of the channel

ON ACTION events occur when another user send an action to a channel or in a private message. See ON TEXT for implementation details.
